These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern use of the NetaSocial platform provided by NetaBilgi by company owners, administrators, and team users, and define the conditions between those users and the service operator. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or signing in to NetaSocial, you agree to these Terms.
NetaSocial is a multi-tenant SaaS service. A new registration may create a new company/tenant and its first Owner account, while existing company Owner/Admin users may invite team members to the same company. Each user may access only the data permitted by the user's assigned role and company scope. Users are responsible for the security of their account information, protecting their passwords, and securely maintaining any multi-factor authentication methods enabled for their account.
NetaSocial may integrate with Facebook Pages/Messenger, Instagram, and the WhatsApp Business Platform. A business must connect only accounts and business assets that it is authorized to manage or authorize. Meta authorizations are initiated by the user and approved through the relevant platform permission screens. Users are responsible for complying with the current terms and policies of Meta and other third-party providers.
When using NetaSocial, users agree to:
How NetaSocial processes, stores, and deletes personal data and Meta Platform data is described in the Privacy Policy. Each company is responsible for its obligations under KVKK and other applicable data-protection laws when processing its own customers' data. NetaSocial processes tenant data within authorization boundaries and does not expose one tenant's data to another tenant.
Available features, user/channel limits, and fees may vary according to the selected NetaSocial plan and active subscription. Current plan and pricing information shown before purchase applies. Messaging, template, advertising, API-usage, or other fees charged directly by Meta or other third-party providers may be separate from the NetaSocial subscription fee.
NetaSocial is maintained using reasonable commercial efforts to keep it secure and available. Temporary access issues may occur because of Meta API outages, platform policy changes, third-party service interruptions, internet/hosting issues, or planned maintenance. Decisions by third-party platforms to deny or revoke access or change API behavior are outside NetaSocial's direct control.
Where permitted by applicable terms, an account or company may be suspended or terminated because of a security risk, unlawful or policy-violating use, failure to meet payment/subscription obligations, or breach of these Terms. Users may also revoke connected Meta/WhatsApp authorizations through the relevant platforms.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements. The current version will be published on this page and identified by the revision date shown above.
